	This enables Measure mode. Simply holding down the left mouse button over a section of the image and dragging to another point allows you to measure the distance between two points.	Making a right click on the icon will enable the Edit dialog box.
		By selecting the Edit menu you are able to add a new scale, edit or delete an existing scale.
